“A little bit biased here but I am very proud to say that I believe the number one training facility in Melbourne is my gym, The Woodshed.

“We’re specialists in group training, and home to over 25 incredible personal trainers, physios, rehab specialist. We have an altitude chamber with heaps of space to move and train in with over 1000 square metres.

“It is a place that I am very, very proud of, and where I love to train myself. I’d recommend trying one of our 45-minute small group HIIT sessions. The first session is always free, and you’ll be welcome with open arms.”
